this policy is about weirdocasino.com, the site you are reading. it explains what the site collects, why, and how long it keeps it.

your casino account, balance and betting history live at weirdo.gg and are covered by the casino’s own privacy policy. we have no access to any of it.

nothing you type, because there is nothing to type. what arrives automatically is the ordinary technical exhaust of a web request:

• ·ip address, truncated before storage and gone with the server logs after 30 days.
• ·browser, operating system and screen size, so the pages fit.
• ·which page you opened and roughly where you came from, counted in aggregate, never as a person.

no name, no email unless you write to us, no phone number, no documents, no wallet address, no card details. this site has no account system, so there is nothing to log in to and nothing to leak.

none. the site sets no cookies and writes nothing to local storage, which is why there is no cookie banner.

• ·sections you collapse and codes you copy are forgotten on reload, by design.
• ·no referral cookie: this site and the casino share an operator, so there is nothing to attribute.
• ·aggregate analytics run through cloudflare web analytics, which is cookieless and does no cross-site tracking. a content blocker stops it and the site keeps working.

for the technical logs, our legitimate interest in keeping the site up. for the cookieless, aggregate analytics, the same interest; nothing identifies you, so there is nothing to ask consent for. if you would rather not be counted at all, a content blocker does it and nothing on this site breaks.

a short list, and no data brokers on it.

• ·weirdo.gg, when you click through. it is run by the same operator, and its own privacy policy takes over at the door.
• ·cloudflare, which hosts the site and runs its analytics (cloudflare web analytics, cookieless). it is the only third party, and it processes data on our instructions under contract.
• ·authorities, where a valid legal order requires it. we are weirdos, but regulation hits us too.

server logs are deleted after 30 days. aggregate analytics are kept for 14 months and cannot be traced back to a person. an email you send us is kept for two years so the next conversation has context, and deleted sooner if you ask.

the data controller is Bravo Entertainment Limited, Belize, the company that runs weirdo.gg and this site. you can ask what it holds, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, or object to analytics. write to hi@weirdo.gg and we answer within one working day, and always inside 30 days.

because we hold no identifiers, a data request usually ends with us confirming there is nothing tied to you. that is the intended outcome.

this site is for adults. we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18, and any offer claimed by a minor is void at the casino.
